The plating is fairly heavy, but please be cautioned that the plating will wear off with time (depending on the amount of wear and cleaning), and can be re-plated for about $10.00 per piece. We DO NOT use Blood Diamonds (Diamonds mined in war zones in Africa, also known as Converted, Conflict, Hot or War Diamonds).
