This site, the contents of this site and our technology are provided for personal and noncommercial use only. Any copy, downloading, reverse engineering or material, database or any content found on this site is prohibited for commercial use. No interest, title or rights in any material found on this site is transferred to anyone utilizing the site. No content on this site may be reproduced, transmitted, copied or displayed in whole or part without our express written permission.
We have attempted to accurately depict the nature of our products and colors of the products offered on this site. But, because the color you see may vary and is dependent on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the color you see will be accurate. Also since not all precious stones and material is the exact same color, there might be some color variations from the picture that you see and the product that you receive. Please note that products may also appear larger or smaller than their actual size depending on how the picture was taken and your monitor. All photographs have been enlarged to show close up detail of the jewelry.
Our Pricing & Jewelry
We continually make efforts and every attempt to avoid pricing errors and product information, but despite our best efforts mistakes do occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and in our sole discretion to cancel or refuse any order placed with incorrect or erroneous pricing. Since some or jewelry are precious metals and jewels and market prices fluctuate all the time, we reserve the right to change pricing on items even if you have ordered it, if the daily price difference is significant. We will of course notify you of any such changes in pricing if you have already placed an order. We display MSRP, Manufacturer Retail Pricing on our site and our current or sales pricing on every product page. Gemstone weights & measures listed on product pages are approximate .
Exchanges & Refunds
We will exchange any items you have purchased from us, once at no cost for up to 30 days after you receive your order. You are responsible for paying the shipping charges back to us and the shipping charges back to you (unless we have made a mistake with the order and have sent you the wrong item).
We will issue a refund for any items you have purchased from us unless marked (no returns or exchanges on the product page at time of purchase) that is in the ORIGINAL, UNUSED, UNDAMAGED CONDITION for any reason for 30 days after you receive your order(Please see restrictions below). Please send an email to Support@SilverBlings.com, requesting a RMA Number (return merchandise authorization number). Please include your Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Order Number (and correct size instructions if you are exchanging).
If you are exchanging an item for a different size and it is not a size that we carry then there will be a resizing fee. Please note, not all metal types, jewelry or rings can be resized.
1) Engraved items such as pendants, rings or any other special order or engraved jewelry, special sized rings are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
2) If you have received FREE Shipping or have paid for shipping with your order then you are responsible for paying the shipping charges back to us and the shipping charges back to you (unless we have made a mistake with the order and have sent you the wrong item). If you have received FREE shipping with your order and request a refund, the refund amount will be the total amount paid minus the original shipping cost.
3) If you return an item and it is slightly scratched, has noticeable blemishes or it is not in the original, unused, undamaged condition, at our discretion we may exchange or refund your item and will charge a minimum 25% restocking fee or refuse your exchange / return.
4) All fine jewelry, diamond or precious stone jewelry we sell is made to order. If you return such items for a refund without an exchange and it is in original, unused, undamaged condition, there is a 10% restocking fee.
5) If you exchange an item once and request to return the second item, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed, unless we have made a mistake with the order and have sent you the wrong item.
6) All International orders. If you return items for a refund without an exchange and it is in original, unused, undamaged and acceptable condition, there is a 10% restocking fee.
7) Customer is responsible for all Custom Duties Taxes & Fees on International Orders.
Please do not ship any items back without receiving an RMA Number, where to ship the item to and instructions FIRST. WE WILL NOT RECEIVE and WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND or EXCHANGE your item without an RMA Number and correct shipping instructions. If you choose to ignore our return and exchange process and send an item back without getting an RMA and proper instructions and return an item to an arbitrary address and we are successful at locating your item, there will be a minimum 50% restocking fee.

Choice of Law
If any disputes arise between us (SilverBlings) and you (the consumer) in regards to use of this site and our products and services, such disputes shall be resolved according to the laws of State of California.
We ship international orders by the Post Office.
You can expect your package within a week. In some cases however Customs Duties are due (which must be paid by the customer), or just need to be randomly inspected, so you can expect a 3 week delay in that case. We will provide the USPS tracking for these orders, but please be aware that once it goes out of United States, you will no longer be able to track it
Please note: You are accountable for for any extra taxes or duties if any for your country. If your package is undelivered or gets lost getting to you in your country we will not provide our Money Back Guarantee. We honor our 30 Day Money Back and 30 Day Exchanges internationally. Please read our full Exchanges & Refund policy. You will be accountable for paying the shipping back to us and for the shipment back to you for exchanges and refunds.
