Jewelry Not Shiny -
Q: I recieved my item and it does not look shiny!  Does good quality Silver tarnish?

A: YES, It Most Certainly Does. All Silver tarnishes, it's not gold. if you leave it out in the air, like in a drawer or on the dresser, it will start to tarnish and it will keep getting darker until it's black. there are certain chemicals that will speed this process, like chlorine bleach which is in the swimming pools, sulfur that is in smog and some peoples perspiration, and salt in the sea air.

But the thing about silver is that, you should be able to polish it (if it's not nickel plated) to luster. And there are many commercial products out there you can buy to clean and polish silver. However a solution of warm filtered water with some Baking Soda and salt in an aluminum pan should do the trick in the most environmentally friendly way.

We offer a polishing cloth with every order and we strongly suggest you purchase that with your order so that if you recieve an item that has lost it's luster, you will be able to polish it to it's original condition.

Gift Boxes -
Q: I ordered multiple items, why did I only get one gift box?

A: When you use our Standard Shipping, we can only offer you ONE FREE gift box for the entire order, No Matter how many items you order.  Because of the very limited room and weight capacity of this shipping method,

If you need a gift box for all items you are ordering then please choose our Expedited Shipping.  Due to the extra room and weight capacity of this method, we can offer you ONE FREE gift box for every item you order as long
as they fit in the small priority box. As many as 20 gift boxes can fit in one (depending on the size of the gift box).

Ring Sizes -
We offer a ring sizing chart for your convinience. Please note that your printer setting may be incorrect and the Sizing Chart will not print at the right size. So its best to size your finger at a jewelry store with a metal finger sizer as some of the plastic ones are mostly inaccurate.

Exhanges  & Refunds -
Q. I bought a ring and it doesn't not fit. How do I exchange a ring for a different size?

A. We will exchange any items you have purchased from us, once at no cost for up to 30 days after you receive your order. 

We will issue a refund for any items you have purchased from us unless marked (no returns or exchanges on the product page at time of purchase) that is in the ORIGINAL, UNUSED, UNDAMAGED CONDITION  for any reason for 30 days after you receive your order   Please send an email to Support@SilverBlings.com, requesting a RMA Number (return merchandise authorization number).   Please include your Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Order Number (and correct size instructions if you are exchanging).

If you are exchanging an item for a different size and it is not a size that we carry then there will be a resizing fee.  Please note, not all metal types, jewelry or rings can be resized.


Please do not ship any items back without receiving an RMA Number, where to ship the item to and instructions
FIRSTWE WILL NOT RECEIVE and WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND or EXCHANGE
your item without an RMA Number and correct shipping instructions. 

PLEASE NOTE:

1)  Engraved items such as pendants, rings or any other special order or engraved jewelry, special sized rings, are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

2)  If you have recieved FREE Shipping or have paid for shipping with your order then you are responsible for paying the shipping charges back to us and the shipping charges back to you (unless we have made a mistake with the order and have sent you the wrong item).  If you have recieved FREE shipping with your oder and request a refund, the refund amount will be the total amount paid minus the original shipping cost.

3)  If you return an item and it is slightly scratched, has noticable blemishes or it is not in the original, unused, undamaged condition, at our discretion we may exchange or refund your item and will charge a 9% restocking fee.

4) All diamond or precious stone jewelry we sell is made to order.  If you return such items for a refund without an exchange and it is in original, unused, undamaged condition, there is a 9% restocking fee.


Order Tracking -
Q: I tried to check my order tracking and the result shows nothing?

A: The Post Office for the most part scans packages only when delivered. If you do not see tracking results in route, please do not panic. You can try checking again later.

Shipping -
Q: How Long it Takes to get my order?

A: Depnding on what type of shipping you choose at the check out, It usually takes about 3 Days to get your order after we have shipped it with USPS First Class. If you want faster service please choose the USPS Priority option.  But the post office has taken up to 2 weeks. Until 2 weeks passes we can not claim insurance. If the post office does not deliver your item after we ship it out to you, please understand that we have to wait for that 2 week period to pass before we can resolve this issue for you with the post office.
