SilverBlings Return & Exchange Instructions

Please FIRST email us at support@silverblings.com and let us know what your request is, then:
 
1)  Please login to your account at https://www.silverblings.com/login
2)  When you are in your account, click on "History and details of my order"

3)  Click on "Details" and scroll down until you see the product that you ordered.

4)  Click the check box next to the item you want to return.
Select item you want to return / exchange

5)  Scroll down and under "Merchandise Return" write down your request for exchange or return.
6)  Click on "Make an RMA slip"

7)  You are responsible for paying the shipping charges back to us and the shipping charges back to you (unless we have made a mistake with the order and have sent you the wrong item).  If you are EXCHANGING AN ITEM, Please go to https://www.silverblings.com/misc/exchange-shipping and pay for the return shipping for your exchange so that we can send your exchange back to you.  We will mail you a label to use to send the item back and we will ship the exchange back when your item is received, inspected, and approved.

If you are RETURNING AN ITEM, Please go to https://www.silverblings.com/misc/return-shipping and pay for the return shipping and we will email you a label to use to send the item back.


After we have received your request, we will initiate the process and you will be notified via email.  Please wait until you receive the verification email first before proceeding.

After your request has been approved and you have received the email update, you will need to go to your account and will be able to view and print out the RMA instructions and packing slip under your account in "My merchandise return" section so that you can send the merchandise back.  You will also be able to track the progress under your account in "My merchandise return" section.

When sending your package back, please note the following:

If the following conditions are not respected we reserve the right to refuse your package and/or reimbursement:
  - Please include the return authorization number given to you on the OUTSIDE of your return package or box:
  - All products must be returned in their original packaging without damage or wear.
  - Please print out the RMA and slip it into your return package.
  - If you do not get a label from us.  (which you should or it will delay your exchange/return process) then please send the package with a Tracking Number if you do not and the item gets lost or we do not receive the package your exchange or return will be denied.
  - Please email us your name, return reference, and tracking number to RMA@SilverBlings.com.

Exchanges & Refunds
We will exchange any items you have purchased from us, once at no cost for up to 30 days after you receive your order.  You are responsible for paying the shipping charges back to us and the shipping charges back to you (unless we have made a mistake with the order and have sent you the wrong item).

We will issue a refund for any items you have purchased from us unless marked (no returns or exchanges on the product page at the time of purchase) that is in the ORIGINAL, UNUSED, UNDAMAGED CONDITION  for any reason for 30 days after you receive your order(Please see restrictions below).  Please send an email to Support@SilverBlings.com, requesting a RMA Number (return merchandise authorization number).   Please include your Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Order Number (and correct size instructions if you are exchanging).

If you are exchanging an item for a different size and it is not a size that we carry then there will be a resizing fee.  Please note, that not all metal types, jewelry, or rings can be resized.


PLEASE NOTE:

1)  Engraved items such as pendants, rings, or any other special order or engraved jewelry, special sized rings are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

2)  If you have received FREE Shipping or have paid for shipping with your order then you are responsible for paying the shipping charges back to us and the shipping charges back to you (unless we have made a mistake with the order and have sent you the wrong item).  If you have received FREE shipping with your order and request a refund, the refund amount will be the total amount paid minus the original shipping cost.

 3)  If you return an item and it is slightly scratched, has noticeable blemishes, or is not in the original, unused, undamaged condition, at our discretion, we may exchange or refund your item and will charge a minimum 25% restocking fee or refuse your exchange/return.

 4) A restocking fee will be assessed on all items returned without an exchange.    If you return items for a refund without an exchange and it is in original, unused, undamaged condition, there is a 10% restocking fee.  We will deduct credit card transaction fees on all returns above $100.

 5) If you exchange an item once and request to return the second item, your request will be denied.  You can exchange your item for another item or size only once.

 6) All International orders.  If you return items for a refund without an exchange and it is in original, unused, undamaged, and acceptable condition, there is a 15% restocking fee.

 7) Customer is responsible for all Custom Duties Taxes & Fees on International Orders.

8) If you purchase any item in more than 2 quantities, your items only qualify for exchanges.  No returns.

Please do not ship any items back without receiving an RMA Number, where to ship the item to, and instructions FIRST.  WE WILL NOT RECEIVE and WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND or EXCHANGE your item without an RMA Number and correct shipping instructions.  If you choose to ignore our return and exchange process and send an item back without getting an RMA and proper instructions and return an item to an arbitrary address and we are successful at locating your item, there will be a minimum 50% restocking fee
