We ship from our warehouse in LA California.
Depnding on what time you place an order we may be able to ship your order the same day. In most cases we ship the day after the order is placed. We do not ship on the day of most major US Holidays.
We update our system and tracking information will be updated in your account. If you have chosen to recieve updates then you will recieve an email for the tracking number the day we ship (if tracking number is avilable based on the type of shipping you chose).
Please check your and verify you have added our email address and look at your spam folders if you don't receive our email updates.

FREE USPS First Class Shipping On All Orders Above $200.
USPS First Class: $4.99
Except for the major US Holiday season such as Christmas Holiday most orders will reach customers in 2-4 business days after we ship out your order. However in some instances it has taken 15 days for the post office to deliver, and there has been a minute amount of losses as well. Our insurance will not replace lost packages until 16 days has elapsed.
Due to the very limited room and weight capacity of this method, we can offer you only ONE FREE GIFT BOX for the entire order, No Matter how many items you have ordered.
Tracking: The post office for the most part scans packages only when delivered, so if you do not see tracking results in route, please do not panic. Check again at a later time.
Expedited Priority Mail Shipping: Starting at $11.95
You can expect delivery within 1 to 3 business days after we ship your order, depending on where the package is being sent to and includes Saturday delivery.
Due to the extra room and weight capacity of this method, we can offer you a FREE GIFT BOX FOR EVERY ITEM you order as long as they fit in the small priority box. Usually as many as 20 gift boxes can fit in one (depending on the size of the gift box).

International Shipping: Starting at USD $15.95
We ship international orders by the Post Office.
You can expect your package within a week. In some cases however Customs Duties are due (which must be paid by the customer), or just need to be randomly inspected, so you can expect a 3 week delay in that case. We will provide the USPS tracking for these orders, but please be aware that once it goes out of United States, you will no longer be able to track it
Please note: You are accountable for for any extra taxes or duties if any for your country. If your package is undelivered or gets lost getting to you in your country we will not provide our Money Back Guarantee. We honor our 30 Day Money Back and 30 Day Exchanges internationally. You will be accountable for paying the shipping back to us and for the shipment back to you for exchanges and refunds. All International orders. If you return items for a refund without an exchange and it is in original, unused, undamaged and acceptable condition, there is a 10% restocking fee. Please Note: On large orders we will ship out your item "Signature Request" with tracking and somebody needs to be there to sign for the package.
